Adjacent to the Centre, Holyhead Mountain offers some short routes, though not necessarily less strenuous. These can include some of the Anglesey Coastal path and the stunning views off the beaten track.
Other routes on Anglesey are at Parys Mountain, Newbororugh Forest, plus some circular routes on roads as per the links below.
In Snowdonia there are a variety of routes from Gwydr Forest, Coed Y Brenin and Machynlleth in the north towards Nant-yr-Arian, Afan Forest and Cwm Carn in the south, each all weather single-track has much to offer for a perfect mountain biking break.
