Anglesey Outdoor Centre was built in the late 1980's as an activity centre. Based on a swedish logcabin structure the building has been designed so that it can be rented per bed, room, annexe block or the entire complex can be rented for exclusive use depending on your individual or your groups requirements.

Beach lodge house near the Seaside Holyhead On entering the Main Centre you walk into the main lounge which is warm and spacious and provides a central point for your stay. It adjoins the dining area so this large space can also be used as a lecture room or a collective meeting place creating a unique atmosphere in the heart of the building, and allows people to interact with each other regularly.

Each area can be rented separately if you have only a small group or you can take just a room or a bed. Larger groups have the option of renting different annexes to fit their numbers or rent exclusive use of the site including the grounds. Any combination is available please enquire.

Main Lodge
Main Lodge guest house in anglesey for large group bookings   There are 7 bed rooms in this block sleeping 33 people. All rooms are ensuite and all bed linen is provided.

Main Lodge Room Breakdown:
  • 1 Twin room ensuite
  • 1 - 4 bed (2 bunks)
  • 4 - 5 bed (2 bunks + I single)
  • 1 - 7 bed (3 bunks + 1 single)
  • TV Lounge and resource library adjoining the lounge.
  • 2 separate entrances with access codes

Maris Annexe
Maris Annexe Bunkhouse accommodation in Anglesey   Adjoining the Main Lodge Rooms is the Maris Annexe. This area sleeps 10 people in 5 twin rooms. It has its own lounge and dining area and houses the self catering facilities for the Centre.

Maris Annexe Room Breakdown:
  • 1 twin room ensuite.
  • 4 twin rooms sharing 2 showers and a WC. All bed linen is provided.
  • This annexe has its own entrance with separate access code, plus a disabled access and can be rented separately from the main centre.
  • There is a fully fitted kitchen with open plan lounge with TV/DVD.

Ty Pen Annexe
Ty Pen Annexe lodging for large groups and school Bookings
   Adjacent to the Maris Annexe and connected by a short corridor is the Ty Pen annexe. Again available separately or as part of another block, the Ty Pen annexe accommodates 9 people in 3 rooms.

Ty Pen Annexe Room Breakdown:
  • 1 single room
  • 1 - 6 bed (2 bunks + 2 singles)
  • 1 twin bedded room
  • Bathroom and WC
  • Ty Pen has a large open plan living room and kitchen with its own private balcony, separate door with access code.

Gogarth Dorms
Gogarth youth hostel accommodation in anglesey   In the basement of the centre is the Gogarth Dorms. This sleeps up to 24 in 3 dorms with a self contained kitchen with separate dining area and lounge with TV.

Gogarth Dorms Room Breakdown:
  • 1 ensuite dorm sleeping 4 in 2 bunkbeds.
  • 1 dorm sleeps 10 in 5 bunkbeds.
  • 1 dorm sleeps 12 in 6 bunkbeds.
  • All dorms are heated and have a shower cubicle and separate WC in each dorm.
Beds come with a bottom sheet and pillow case, so you will need to bring sleeping bags. Duvets can be hired. This budget accommodation is ideal for all outdoor enthusiast groups who are looking for basic facilities such as youth groups or sports clubs.
